We stay close to home today (Thursday) but still manage to find awe & wonder! Nic has gifted Don & I a trip on Driving Creek Railway for our birthdays. The sun is shining and so it’s a perfect day to visit DCR. It started life as a pottery but has become so much more. Please read all about it in the link below. There is so much to see as you trundle along that it’s almost impossible to take pictures. You spend most of the ride going through more dense native bush, spotting various pieces of pottery along the way, getting glimpses of a stream and the coast. Once you reach the top – the Eyefull Tower – you disembark the train and climb to the platform, the views from here are spectacular! As I said, a real challenge to take photos but we’re sharing some favourites that we did manage to take…
